सिस्टेम्याटिक बोर्डिङ स्कूलको 5 औं वार्षिकोत्सव सम्पन्न 

धनुषा जिल्लाको क्षीरेश्वरनाथ नगरपालिकामा रहेको सिस्टेम्याटिक बोर्डिङ स्कुलले वि.स. 2080 साल चैत 9 गते शुक्रबार (22nd March 2024 A D.) कोे दिन आफ्नो ५ औं वार्षिकोत्सव कार्यक्रमको श्रृङ्खलाबद्ध रुपमा मनाएको छ । प्रधानाध्यापक सुप्रभा यादवको नेतृत्वमा भएको कार्यक्रममा फाउन्डर अमिरुल राइनलाई सम्मानित अतिथिको रूपमा प्रस्तुत गरिएको थियो, शैक्षिक प्रतियोगिता र कार्यक्रमद्वारा आयोजित खेलकुदमा उत्कृष्ट शिक्षक र विद्यार्थीहरूलाई सम्मान गरिएको थियो।

फाउन्डर अमिरुल राईन जोड दिए कि सफल विद्यालयहरूले शिक्षामा मात्र नभई विद्यार्थीहरू, शिक्षकहरू र कर्मचारीहरूका लागि सकारात्मक र सहयोगी वातावरणलाई बढावा दिन्छ। यस्ता विद्यालय समुदायको अभिन्न अंग बन्छन् । उनले राम्रो शैक्षिक दृष्टिकोणलाई प्राथमिकता दिने विद्यालयले दीर्घकालीन सफलता हासिल गर्ने बताए। छोटो र दीर्घकालीन योजनाहरू कार्यान्वयन गर्न सक्षम र समर्पित टोली महत्त्वपूर्ण छ।

विद्यालयको सफलतालाई वातावरण, सिकाइ शैली, स्रोत परिचालन, शिक्षक-कर्मचारी र व्यवस्थापन टोलीको दक्षता, श्रमको आन्तरिक विभाजन, र शैक्षिक र अतिरिक्त उपलब्धिहरू जस्ता कारकहरूद्वारा पनि मापन गर्न सकिन्छ। सकारात्मक परिवर्तनहरूप्रति प्रतिरोध गर्ने, व्यावहारिक सीप विकासलाई बेवास्ता गर्ने वा प्रविधि-संचालित अनुसन्धान र अन्वेषणलाई समावेश नगरी सिद्धान्तमा मात्र ध्यान केन्द्रित गर्ने विद्यालयहरूले सफलता हासिल गर्न सक्दैनन्। विद्यार्थीको मनोविज्ञान, रुचि र क्षमताहरू बुझ्नु, र तदनुसार ज्ञान र सिकाउने विधिहरू मिलाउनु, विद्यालयको फस्टाउने कुञ्जी हो।

कार्यक्रममा शिक्षक, अभिभावक र विद्यार्थीहरुको सहभागिता रहेको थियो । पाहुनाहरुका लागि जनचेतनामुलक नाटक, नृत्य, गायन, चुटकुले र अन्य मनोरञ्जनात्मक कार्यक्रमहरु प्रस्तुत गरिएको थियो ।

Systematic Boarding School completed 5th anniversary

Systematic Boarding School in Kshireshwarnath Municipality of Dhanusha District has celebrated its 5th anniversary with a series of events on 9th Chaitra 2080 B.S.(22nd March 2024 A.D.) Founder Amirul Rain was presented as the guest of honor at the event, which was led by Principal Suprabha Yadav, felicitated outstanding teachers and students in academic competitions and sports organized by the program.

Founder Amirul Rain emphasized that successful schools focus not only on education but also foster a positive and supportive environment for students, teachers and staff. Such schools become an integral part of the community. He said schools that prioritize good educational approach will achieve long-term success. A competent and dedicated team is critical to executing short and long-term plans.

School success can also be measured by factors such as environment, learning style, resource utilization, efficiency of teacher-staff and management teams, internal division of labor, and academic and extracurricular achievements. Schools that resist positive change, neglect practical skill development, or focus only on theory without incorporating technology-driven research and exploration will not succeed. Understanding student psychology, interests and abilities, and tailoring knowledge and teaching methods accordingly, is key to school success.
